Photofacial
Intense pulsed light that corrects sun damage, redness, and uneven tone. Brighter, more uniform skin without downtime.

What Is a Photofacial?
A photofacial uses intense pulsed light (IPL) to target pigment and vascular concerns beneath the skin's surface. At Auveau, we use the Forever Young BBL HERO, one of the most advanced broadband light platforms available.
The treatment selectively targets melanin and hemoglobin, breaking down sun spots, age spots, freckles, and visible blood vessels while stimulating collagen production. The surface of the skin remains intact, so downtime is minimal.
Why Patients Choose Auveau
IPL results depend on wavelength selection and energy calibration. Chrissy Gray Lim, PA-C, adjusts settings for each patient based on skin tone, concern type, and treatment area.
The BBL HERO platform treats the face, neck, chest, and hands. Many patients combine photofacial treatments with other Auveau services for comprehensive skin rejuvenation.
