Sculptra
A collagen biostimulator that rebuilds your skin's foundation from within. Gradual, natural-looking volume that can last more than two years.

What Is Sculptra?
Sculptra Aesthetic is an FDA-approved injectable that works differently from traditional dermal fillers. Rather than simply adding volume beneath the skin, Sculptra stimulates your body's own collagen production using poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), a biocompatible synthetic material that has been used in reconstructive medicine for over two decades.
The result is a gradual restoration of facial volume that builds over several weeks and can last more than two years. Because the volume comes from your own collagen, the improvement looks and feels completely natural. Sculptra does not fill lines so much as it rebuilds the structural support beneath them.
How Sculptra Works
When injected into the deep dermis, Sculptra's poly-L-lactic acid microparticles trigger a controlled collagen response. Over the weeks following treatment, new collagen forms around the injection sites, gradually thickening and smoothing the skin from within.
Most patients complete a series of two to three treatment sessions spaced about four to six weeks apart. Results emerge gradually, with full improvement visible several weeks after the final session. This gradual timeline means the change is subtle enough that it looks like you simply stopped aging.
Areas We Treat with Sculptra
Why Patients Choose Auveau for Sculptra
Sculptra requires a deeper understanding of facial anatomy than traditional fillers. The injection sites, depths, and volumes must be precisely calculated to produce even, symmetrical collagen growth over time. It is not a treatment where one-size-fits-all protocols deliver good results.
Our lead provider, Chrissy Gray Lim, PA-C, builds a multi-session treatment plan based on your specific volume loss patterns and goals. She maps injection points to your unique facial structure and adjusts the plan as your collagen rebuilds between sessions.
Patients choose Sculptra at Auveau because they want results that last, that look natural, and that come from their own body's regenerative capacity rather than synthetic filler alone.

"The Staff at Auveau is amazing. The quality of service is simply untouchable. No other Medical spa that I have been to in Austin compares! I have received Botox and morpheus8 here. I love my results. The injectors here keep everything natural looking. Overall, I give this place 5 stars!!"
"I had a fabulous facial with Breanna. She always does a great job. I’ve been going to her, since she started at Auveau. I am also doing a hair treatment for thinning hair and I now have baby hair growing all over the crown of my head. I am so excited. The process really works."
"Been going to Patty for a while now for Botox and Lip fillers. She is great at adjusting my Botox based on what I'm trying to achieve - ie. raise my eyebrows a bit more. And her expertise in lip injections can't be beat - amazing at giving me a natural look. Thanks!"
